Welcome to my little web hideout. I’m a twenty-something college graduate with a degree in English Lit/Writing currently living in the Twin Cities. I love all things turquoise am working on overcoming my coffee addiction. I’m one of many Emily Annes in the universe, but I’m the only one I know of named after two L.M. Montgomery books: Emily of New Moon and Anne of Green Gables. 

I started this blog as a place to share my thoughts and journey as a writer, however that may end up looking. Currently, I write for a sporting goods company and do a bit of other writing on the side. Reading is also a big pastime of mine, so you can expect to find plenty of posts on that as well as more general posts on life updates and thoughts.
